 Rebecca is our lead paralegal and owner of VPANY, offering over 35 years of experience in the Trusts and Estates field.  Rebecca works closely with all of our clients to ensure superior work and achieve maximum client satisfaction.  Rebecca's resume includes trust and estate administration, fiduciary accounting and taxes, estate and gift taxes, and estate litigation.  Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration and is a New York Notary Public. 

Shelby is second in command and an integral part of our team, holding exceptional customer service and document production skills.  Her keen attention to detail with her prior in-house law firm experience lends her as a great asset to our team, our clients and theirs.  In addition to Trust and Estate workups, Shelby is our team's go-to for the support required to accomplish our many goals.  Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. 

 Emily joined our team in 2022, bringing with her 20 years of financial experience as a senior banker with TD Bank. In her banking career, she routinely worked with law firms relative to Trusts and Estates, which experience is now offered to our clients and theirs.  Emily is extremely dedicated to her work and provides exceptional customer care.  Emily is a New York State Notary Public. 

 Zulma began her career as a Real Estate Paralegal in 2010 when she worked at a solo practice emphasizing in lender representation.  Over eight years, Zulma worked for a transactional attorney representing buyers and sellers, a major national underwriter focusing on residential and commercial title, and a large foreclosure firm handling all REOs.  In 2018, Zulma joined VPANY to incorporate all of her acquired experiences and not limit herself to just one primary focus. 

Jayme is a highly experienced Trust and Estate paralegal, with decades of experience in the field.  She is our primary go-to for second paralegal internal review.  Jayme holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies. 

Elizabeth has over 25 years of legal and administrative experience.  Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated compassion and great care for her clients, striving for complete client satisfaction.  A quick study and able to "think outside the box", Elizabeth has become an integral part of the VPANY team.  Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice.    Elizabeth is a Virginia Notary Public. 

 Mackenzie's outgoing personality, matched with her strong, detail-oriented work ethic, lends to providing amazing service to our clients.  Mackenzie's experience includes all aspects of Trust and Estate administration with various States, including New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania.  Multi-faceted, Mackenzie has had her hands in various genres of the legal field, including real estate, contract law, and estate planning, and has been hands-on in Human Resources.  Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science, and is a Pennsylvania Notary Public. 

Jackie is a seasoned paralegal with over 33 years of experience in numerous areas of the law, including litigation, real estate, matrimonial, and Trusts and Estates.  Jackie came onboard at a run, immediately preparing Estate documents for our clients.  Jackie is an absolute charm with our clients and theirs, is sharp-witted and stands on the gold podium for attention to detail. 

Meredith began her paralegal career over 20 years ago, and fell in love with Trust and Estate work.  Meredith first joined the VPANY team in 2018, and was gleefully welcomed back in 2025.  Meredith is versed in all aspects of Trusts and Estates, from the beginning of administration to the end. She is empathetic and compassionate as she helps clients navigate after the loss of their loved ones.  Meredith is a New York Notary Public. 

Colette  holds over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of probate and trust administration, guardianship, elder law, estate planning, corporate and litigation.  Colette is our go-to for all things Floridian.  Colette holds an Associate's degree in paralegal studies. 

Tara holds over a decade of experience in Trusts and Estates, most versed in North Carolina and Virginia law.  From A to Z, Tara handles all aspects of estate administration, trust administration, and guardianships; effectively communicating with clients and court personnel alike.  Tara holds an Associate  Degree in Paralegal Technology, and is a Virginia  Notary Public.

Marie has been working in the California Trust and Estate field of law for over 25 years.  Her expertise includes Trust and Estate administration, and estate planning.  Marie assists clients from start to finish in all aspects of administration, including marshaling of assets and working with the clients' financial advisors, accountants and attorneys to achieve their needs.  She holds a high level of understanding of complex drafting of taxable and non-taxable estate planning.
