As the lead paralegal and Owner of VPANY, Rebecca offers clients over 35 years of dedicated experience in the Trusts and Estates field. She works closely with every client to ensure superior work product and achieve maximum satisfaction. Rebecca's extensive expertise encompasses trust and estate administration, fiduciary accounting and taxes, estate and gift taxes, and estate litigation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a New York Notary.  

Shelby is a core member of our team, bringing exceptional customer service and meticulous document production skills to every project. Leveraging her prior in-house law firm experience and keen attention to detail, she is an invaluable asset to our team and our clients. While specializing in Trust and Estate workups, Shelby also serves as our team's dedicated operational support resource, critical for accomplishing our diverse goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Kim is a highly organized and experienced Administrative Executive Assistant and Legal Secretary with a background in Trusts & Estates, Corporate, Real Estate, and ERISA. Currently, she serves as our Bookkeeping & Operations Support Specialist, efficiently managing the team's bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping. Kim holds a certificate from the Legal Secretary program at Western School of Health & Business Careers in Monroeville, PA and is a Pennsylvania Notary.

Jake is an indispensable pillar of our team, expertly managing the core technical and operational infrastructure that keeps us running smoothly. As our dedicated IT specialist, he ensures technical readiness for all team members, from software installation to server maintenance and hardware procurement advice. Jake's versatility is a key asset, extending his support across vital functions such as back-up bookkeeping, human resources, concierge services, and internal logistics.

Emily became a valued member of our team in 2022, contributing over 20 years of financial expertise, previously acquired as a Senior Banker with TD Bank. Her extensive banking career included routine collaboration with law firms on Trusts and Estates matters, providing her with an invaluable perspective that she now offers directly to our clients and their counsel. Emily is deeply dedicated to her work and is known for providing exceptional customer care. She is a New York State Notary Public.  

Zulma began her career as a Real Estate Paralegal in 2010, gaining significant experience in various facets of the field, including lender representation, transactional work for buyers and sellers, residential and commercial title focusing on a major national underwriter, and handling all REOs for a large foreclosure firm. In 2018, Zulma joined VPANY, bringing her comprehensive, acquired expertise to support our clients across diverse matters.

Elizabeth contributes over 25 years of diverse legal and administrative experience to the VPANY team. Known for her compassion, client-centric approach, and ability to "think outside the box," she consistently strives for complete client satisfaction. Elizabeth is a highly integral member of VPANY, holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice, and is a Virginia Notary Public.

Mackenzie is known for her outgoing personality and strong, detail-oriented work ethic, which ensures she provides exceptional service to our clients. She is highly experienced in all aspects of Trust and Estate administration across various states, including New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Mackenzie has hands-on experience in legal fields such as real estate, contract law, estate planning, and Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Pennsylvania Notary Public.  

Jackie is a seasoned Corporate Paralegal who brings over 33 years of diverse legal experience to the VPANY team. Her background spans litigation, real estate, matrimonial, and Trusts and Estates, allowing her to immediately prepare crucial estate documents for our clients. Known for her charm, sharp wit, and gold-standard attention to detail, Jackie is a highly valued asset who consistently provides wonderful support and service to our clients.

Meredith is a seasoned Paralegal who brings over 20 years of experience with a dedicated focus on Trust and Estate work to VPANY. She first joined the team in 2018 and returned in 2025, specializing in all aspects of Trust & Estate administration from start to finish. Meredith is known for her empathetic and compassionate approach, providing essential support as clients navigate the loss of loved ones. She is a New York Notary Public.  

Michele is an experienced paralegal specializing in trusts and estates, with over 20 years in the field. She is known for bringing order and calm to clients facing challenging situations. Michele is active in her community, volunteering at the VA hospital, coaching Girls on the Run, and supporting her daughter's school. She recharges by traveling, cooking, and enjoying good books.

Marie is a highly experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal with over 25 years in California Trust and Estate law. She specializes in Trust and Estate administration and complex estate planning, including both taxable and non-taxable drafting. Marie guides clients through all aspects of administration, from marshaling assets to coordinating closely with their financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys to ensure all needs are met.

Tara is a seasoned Trust & Estate Paralegal with over a decade of experience, specializing in North Carolina and Virginia law. She expertly manages all aspects of estate administration, trust administration, and guardianships, from start to finish. Highly effective in communication, Tara efficiently interacts with clients and court personnel alike. She holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Technology and is a Virginia Notary Public. 

Colette is a Florida Registered Paralegal who brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience to the team, specializing in Florida law. She is our dedicated go-to resource for all Floridian matters, including probate and trust administration, guardianship, elder law, estate planning, corporate, and litigation. Colette holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies.  

Gina is our dedicated Forensic Genealogist, specializing in the essential task of locating unknown heirs and completing required due diligence for estates. Her expertise is built upon a strong background, including experience as an assistant county clerk, where she became adept at deep searches related to deeds, transfers, and database management. Gina's exceptional and detailed research is crucial for enabling VPANY to move complex estate matters forward.  

Melissa is a highly trained and certified notary specializing in both Remote Online Notarization (RON) and in-person mobile notary services. Known for her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail, Melissa ensures documents are processed accurately and securely for our clients.
